Our education professionals have served, or currently serve, as trustees of such institutions as Indiana State University, Wabash College, DePauw University, Taylor University, Franklin College, Earlham College and the University of Indianapolis. In addition, several of our lawyers previously served in senior and mid-level administrative positions at institutions of higher education.

Additionally, through our government affairs team and consulting division, B&D Consulting in Washington, D.C., we advise institutions in matters before both the federal and state government and agencies, guiding them through complex governmental processes to achieve desired results.
