Professional Experience
Tim Haffner's practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial representations, from closely-held businesses to publicly traded companies. He frequently serves clients as outside general counsel. Tim has extensive experience in the area of commercial real estate mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. His representations often involve serving as advisor and business counselor to principals of businesses ranging from baseball teams, health care providers, and financial institutions, to manufacturing, and sales organizations.
