Professional Experience
David Wagner concentrates his practice on representing management in employment-related litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. His litigation background includes experience representing clients in class action and collective action proceedings, particularly those involving wage and hour claims under the FLSA and comparable state statutes. Additionally, David defends employers in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other federal, state and local agencies.
